Just left here and the guy that so called helped my wife was so rude. First off the he gave look he gave us, not a hi, how can I help you or are you ready to order, nothing. This is the worst subway in the country!!!! It’s 7:40pm on a Monday night and they say it’s closed because of traffic on the highway. The owner of this subway should be stripped of his franchise and all employees fired. You should be blessed to be open on a highway rest stop. Instead your employees treat it like playground for losers do something about it already!! Been like this for years now!
I submitted a order to pick up in a Holliday trough the Subway app and subway app had no updated the information. Somebody that didn’t gave the name called me to let me know that they was closed already and the money could be return next day by Supervisor. Supervisor is really irresponsible that 4 days after this happened, the money isn’t back to the card yet and never called us. I called they never answer. I’m not closed ti be there anytime

This is really bad. Waited for 20 min. Called for people. Nobody answered. You can see the reflection in the stainless steel refrigerator door that someone is back there but no one wants to come out. There was no sign saying it was close and according to their schedule, they were supposed to be open. It’s not the first time when employees either are not out front or they give customers an attitude. Whoever the manager is, they should really focus on the franchise at this location both North u0026 South as it’s really bad.
