CRUST catered the first birthday party of my friend's daughter and holy cow, the pizza was insanely good. The variety of the pizzas they were churning out was seemingly endless: mashed potato and bacon, clam, pork belly, steak, prosciutto with arugula--there was something for everyone. Sometimes mobile catering/food trucks can struggle to keep up with a high volume of customers, but CRUST kept the food coming fast and hot for hours. As a guest, I can't comment on how they are to work with from a logistical perspective, but they definitely deliver when it comes to making delicious pizza.
Love the pizza, and they offer delivery. However they do not serve tap water if you are dining in.
Best Italian food in Branford.
These guys are the best.
