Burger King - Branford

Please change your closing time as it is currently listed as 12 a.m. I have visited twice now at 10:15 p.m. and the restaurant was already closed.

Four times in the last 3 months I went through the Burger King Drive-Thru in Brantford. There is/was a big advert beside the drive-thru order screen for two Junior whoppers and a small fry for $5. Twice they were sold out of buns and I left withoutordering. Each visit was poor customer service! The staff keep making the ordering process difficult. Please just accept thecustomer's order, only try to upsell once, accept when told no, and say thank you please drive through. Should be easy! TheWhopper juniors were good when they had them. Edit: after reading the BK reviews, there are very few in the last year, only afew negative? Hmmmm ????

I never go to burger king. I really don't care for their food, but my 7 year old is going through a bk phase. Usually for mozzarella sticks, which he stopped getting when he noticed how much smaller they've gotten. That morning we were moving andthey asked for BK breakfast and I figured we'll give it a shot. Unfortunately for the workers, not for us bc we weren't in arush, they were understaffed. The wait time was long even with few people inside. The drive thru had a couple cars when we camein, but quickly built up. There was literally three people working. The woman who served us still managed to have a smile on herface and apologize multiple times for the wait time. She also threw in a free orange juice which was very nice of her. Restaurant was clean, including what you can see if the prep areas and directly behind the counter. They need more help, it'snot fair to have to work like that. Especially on a Sunday when people hit breakfast after church. Crew handled being shortvery well. Oh, the food was also, to my surprise, on point. Hot and good, kids ate everything and asked if we could go backagain. ????

I really enjoyed my Junior Whopper sandwich without cheese and onion, as well as the mozzarella sticks that I ordered. It was a delicious treat!

They never provide condiments, I requested BBQ sauce and they didn't have any. My order was incorrect twice, but it's all good.
