Food was cold and dried out
Never will go here again , staff is unprofessional waited 15-25 minutes for orange chicken only to have the MANAGER and staff serve it all to people that came after me. When i confronted the manager he was not helpful but aggravated the situation even more.
Brandywine store. Food was drying out on display (old), server gave small portions, brown rice was hard and not edible. Not my first bad experience at this location so will drive further to the better locations in the future (Waldor or Clinton).
I was in the middle of eating until I found this in my chicken. DO NOT EAT HERE ANYMORE.
Kelly customer service was 1000%. You don’t see great service every day like that. She was so caring, sweet, she went the extra 3 miles. She made me feel like a person and not a transaction, please take good of her , she is so special, and a great representation! Thank you Kelly! We need more like you! Keep leading the way
