I always find that the drive-thru moves quickly. The restaurant is kept clean both inside and out, and my food is always prepared just the way I like it, especially with my special requests. One thing I can’t stand is when there’s no whipped cream and no caramel sauce. Am I the only one who goes a bit crazy if my cup isn’t filled to the brim? Huge thanks to the manager for always putting a smile on my face!
I had an excellent experience with customer service, which pleasantly surprised me for a place like this. I really appreciated how clean the tables were; every time someone finished their meal, an employee promptly came to tidy up. Although dining here is quite pricey compared to a few years ago, I believe that poor customer service impacts your experience even more. Keep up the great work; I know you can make a difference in this world!
Nothing special about it. Average McDonald's with an average crew with you Average food and an average wait time... it's no Applebee's or tgif, but if you're going here odds are you're not looking for fancy but a quick bite. The only benefit about this place is that it's right down the street from the movie theaters so if you're looking to get a quick bite before or after your movie you won't have to go far

The drive Thru staff are obviously not morning people.The order taker knowingly let me order a 2 for 3.00 item that is no longer being offered at that price, but is currently being advertised on the electronic menu's. The young man did not offer to adjust the order to reflect the advertised price.The pickup window made me feel like I was back in high school, the young lady seemed to care more about her fake nails and personal attitude and less about order accuracy, and how to properly wear a facial mask.Perhaps this crew should be swapped out for the A Team, or the lone senior citizen who mops the dining room floor.
