This restaurant used to be amazing a few years ago. We returned last week after being away for five years and were disappointed. I have been a customer for YEARS and never have experienced such horrible service from Mamma Roma. A good 40 minutes after having called in my simple order (cheesesteak and fries) and sitting for half that time with my hungry four year old, they realized my order never got put in...still waited a full 20 more minutes without barely an apology before getting my order. The young lady who worked there was their only saving grace as she was the only one who seemed genuinely sorry. Then...I get home (5 minutes away mind you) and my fries are cold and limp and not seasoned the way they used to be). Seem to have gone downhill since the founder sold it...shame...Needless to say, they have lost good customers tonight

This place used to be great until new management took over. The service is unbelievably terrible.
