One girl behind the counter was talking about puking all over the place at a party - not very appetizing and not very professional.

I just wanted a simple Prime Rib Sub that had been advertised on TV as well as in this store on the menu board. I wasn't expecting that much. My wants are truly... read more I just wanted a simple Prime Rib Sub that had been advertised on TV as well as in this store on the menu board. I wasn't expecting that much. My wants are truly minimal. I was bluntly told they were 'out' of the special. No substitutions were ever suggested for my big wish of a standard, well advertised menu item.OK. I then happily ordered a steak and cheese on wheat. The bun was as dry as dust (whole wheat), staff seemed stressed and nobody really gave a care loading my simple toppings. Slicing bun girl, as nice as she was, was pre-occupied with training the nice, smiling girl trying to run the cash register with limited English skills. I kind of felt bad for the lady on the till who was trying to keep up. I have had good sandwiches at this place before, but it had been awhile and I was sadly disappointed at this 6" dry piece of dust and **** service. I'm not sure I wont' just search for another sandwich or burger elsewhere, as it might be less stressful.I can say I have visited this location about once a month since it opened many years ago, but I am not sure I will ever darken the door again expecting fresh bread, a smile and good customer service..

I asked for the keys to the bathroom because my daughter needed help. She couldn't reach the toilet paper (she's only 7), and they refused to give me the keys. I had to wait for someone to come and unlock the door, and when I offered to return the keys right after, they were uncooperative and unfriendly about it. They even kept their gloves on while unlocking the bathroom door and gave us disapproving looks. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 2, and the atmosphere also a 2.
