What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I visited this restaurant on May 20, 2022, and had high expectations since it was my first time trying KFC in Canada. I requested my food to be spicy, but it ended up being quite bland, if you catch my drift. The service was excellent, and the food was delivered quickly, but I feel like the original recipe created by the Colonel has changed over time. View all feedback.
I ordered a gravy lovers' box eating through skipthedishes and I just wanted to say that it is worth trying delicious and definitiw. I'd eat it again. my only complicity is that the price of everything was ridiculous. more than $20 for what is to be a good meal.
I am usually ordering take out from KFC once if not twice a month, today, my order took over 15 minutes. Everyone ahead of and behind me got their food before I did because a previous customer didn't get his chicken burger, I lost mine!! On top of that, I didn't get my order of gravy and my french fries were literally thrown into a big bag, just as is, and they weren't even cooked all the way through! There was (what I thought was a manager) going through customers bags and touching everything that she didn't need to be, helped her self to her food for her self and family and then magically she was gone from the restaurant. Paying customers should come first and never have to feel discouraged!! Unfortunately, this paying customer won't be back!!
The food is okay, if you can get it. But this is the single worst KFC location you will ever go to because they are either randomly closed or have a 20 minute wait for fast food . Also what kfc taco bell closes at 9pm? The owners of this place are terrible. How does this city have 14 different pizza places and only 1 kfc? I hate this place. Also as a personal experience I once called and ordered for pick up, they said 10 minutes. I got there 10 minutes later and it was not ready, in fact they hadn 't even done anything, so I basically just had to order like I hadn 't called. after I ordered the guy behind me ordered the literal same thing I did (9 piece fries gravy). So I got my number and he got his. Several minutes later they called him first. So to clarify, I called for pickup, they ignored me. I went and then had to order again, and then they served the person that ordered after me before me. I genuinely hate this specific kfc with all my heart.
Definitely not worth your money. Terribly over priced. Fries were cold and soggy. Coleslaw looked about a week old.
I made an online order today and found a feather in the chicken. I got sick, never going back to KFC again.
