I requested my food to be spicy, but it ended up being quite bland, if you catch my drift. The service was excellent, and the food was delivered quickly, but I feel like the original recipe created by the Colonel has changed over time.

Everyone ahead of and behind me got their food before I did because a previous customer didn't get his chicken burger, I lost mine!! On top of that, I didn't get my order of gravy and my french fries were literally thrown into a big bag, just as is, and they weren't even cooked all the way through! There was (what I thought was a manager) going through customers bags and touching everything that she didn't need to be, helped her self to her food for her self and family and then magically she was gone from the restaurant. Paying customers should come first and never have to feel discouraged!! Unfortunately, this paying customer won't be back!!
