Sushi Maru - Brandon

I?ve been to Sushi Maru several times and it has never ceased to please me. Their sushi is always amazing and their staff is very kind. The rice isn?t chewy but not dry, their fish seem to be pretty fresh, and everything in their seems pretty clean. Their spicy tuna has a kick and I love it, I?ve been to some places where their spicy tuna isn?t spicy. Their Mexican roll is perfectly fried. I always like this sushi place when I come to Tampa.

What an absolute treat, wow. Beautiful sushi rolls with absolutely delectable, fresh ingredients. *chef's kiss* I got three rolls to go and wish I would have taken pictures of all three but my dad and I dug into them the second we opened the boxes and polished them off asap. The one pictured here is the salmon tempura and it was out of this world. I also got the volcano roll and Mexican roll and they were both divine. Can't wait to go back! Top notch sushi spot in Brandon.

We love this place! Our favorite sushi spot we?ve found in the Tampa area so far. Our waiters have always been exceptional. The menu is extensive so everyone can find something they like. Two thumbs up!

Dynamite rolls are amazing, so tasty! Awesome display when it arrives. The Red dragon rolls on the other hand are spicy like the lake of fire at a southern Baptist church. This thing will taste smooth at first, but the flames of the dragon will come shortly after. You've been warned. Overall with customer service experience and the taste of food, I give this location ??????????

The prices are a bit steep but the food is really, really good! We had with them last night 3 of the best sushi rolls me and my husband ever had and we are people that eat lots of sushi! The server was super nice and sweet. Food came out unexpectedly fast and pretty, you can actually see the care with wich the rols are being assembled and sliced.
