Despite these issues, small acts of kindness from certain employees shine through, offering glimpses of potential. Overall, diners find themselves torn between the appealing treats and the frustrating service, leaving them to question whether a return visit is worth it.
It was okay. The customer service was okay, nothing outstanding but not terrible either.
This restaurant is incredibly chaotic. I have never seen such disorganization with 6 people working in a fast food restaurant. I had to go up to the counter multiple times to inquire about my order, and each time I had to remind the staff of what I had ordered. One employee was wandering around with a chocolate cone, asking random people if it belonged to them. It seemed like no one was in charge. The whole experience was frustrating and chaotic, with staff who seemed completely indifferent to our concerns as we just wanted to get back on the road. We ended up being there for 25 minutes, no exaggeration. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
I needed a custom ice cream cake and attempted to contact the restaurant for 7 days, with no success. Despite placing my order online 4 days in advance and requesting a call back multiple times, I never received a response. After multiple attempts to confirm the order, I had to physically go to the restaurant 24 hours before pickup to check on the status. The cake had not been made yet, but was being prepared for pickup the next day. The cake did not match the picture I ordered from, but tasted good. Overall, the ordering process was stressful due to lack of communication and follow-through. I would deduct 2 stars for the unresponsiveness and inaccuracies in the order fulfillment process.
Friendly service but ordered two chicken finger baskets and only got one through the drive thru.
The staff at this location was so kind and professional. We got our order quickly and it was delicious!
