Just ordered thru the app. Est time was 3 to 5 minutes. I got there and the lane for mobile apps had 1 car. They got their food and I moved up this is now 4 minutes from ordering. 22 minutes later they hand me my food. 26 minutes for amobile order .. 4 burgers and mozzarella sticks. I am not uber eats or door dash I was ordering for myself. 26 minutes isabsolutely ridiculous. Meanwhile the lane on the other side at least 11 vehicles got their order and food in the meantime of mewaiting. Horrible service . Horrible horrible horrible! Makes me want to never come back here!

I would definitely return. Additionally, the exterior of the premises was very clean and well-lit.

Today... read more All you need to do is use a proper amount of FRESH lettuce, onion, and tomatoes. My orders consistently come with wilted brown lettuce and soggy tomatoes. Today, I received just half a piece of onion and rotten, mushy lettuce on both the double checker burger and the double spicy chicken. To be fair, the fries were perfect and hot. Please check your lettuce and tomatoes!

Alth... read more We don't eat out often and usually avoid fast food, but when we do, we always find ourselves at Checkers. This location is the best one we've ever visited. Although they sometimes seem to be short-staffed, the food is always fresh, and the staff is consistently friendly.
