I have called 4 times to get a free pizza to replace the one I didnt get this summer it was when the bad storm went thru n we drove from yoggi bear n didnt get our meat lovers pizza i keep getting excuses n not my free pizza we dont have coupons to send out I have a caseys in my hometown n asked to have it credited there but nope this was last summer!!!!!
LOUSY service and treated poorly by manager DAMIEN..3rd time this summer I came into pick up my pizza order and was told to come back in half and hour. The mousy little girl at the register jeered trying to over charge me and Damien ran and hid like a coward because he can't do a proper job as manager. They pride themselves on wasting customers times and creating drama. Doesn't even deserve 1 star..
Casey's has become a great stop as a gas station and convenience store and would rate 4-5 stars as the staff is generally friendly and personable for the years I've been visiting the store in different cities. However, one employee on the night shift in Brandon, SD has quite remarkable body odor, and it really makes me wonder what standards are acceptable when dealing with customers... not to mention the food.
Everyone was so courteous and focused on customer service. The team members at the Brandon location blew me away. Thank you!!!!
