She was lou... read more I stopped by this morning for a quick cup of coffee. While filling my cup, I overheard an employee named Jackie speaking poorly about her coworkers. She was loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. Having managed people for many years, I found the negativity Jackie spread among her colleagues to be quite concerning. This isn't the first time I've witnessed her behavior. Today, I decided I couldn't stay silent any longer. In a constructive manner, I told Jackie that her constant negativity was unpleasant to listen to and that she should consider moving on to prevent ruining customers' experiences and harming the work environment for her peers. On a positive note, Nancy was a true gem and apologized for Jackie's behavior, clearly feeling embarrassed by it.

The cleaning practices are far fro... read more The kitchen is incredibly unhygienic. Having worked there, I would not recommend eating here, and neither should anyone else. The cleaning practices are far from adequate, and not done nearly as frequently as necessary. I tried my best while I was employed there, but there's only so much one individual can accomplish. Just a heads-up: they don’t properly wash the pizza ingredients and simply reuse them. I urge you to think carefully about what you’re putting into your body when choosing to eat their food.
