Updated: so I have returned two more times and both of them were the cashier super friendly and accommodating. unfortunately the food quality was both missing. this last time was enough to make me a picture of the terrible excuse for a order of aussie petals. To be honest, 50% crumbs of fried teig and 50%old and reheated petals were chewing and hard. the sandwich was a jammin huh, which had good taste, but the chest was hard and chew. probably much earlier cooked on the day and left in the hotbox. I expect bloomin brands better. at the first visit we really enjoyed the experience. the food was well prepared with good taste. the personal, mesile special, was amazing. she was patient and accommodating and super informatiw for a first visit.
I did not order the cheeseburger in the restaurant for to go. they gave me a dry room temperatureburger. the cheese was not even melted. if he were a bit warm, he would have melted.
I have dined in the restaurant as well as ordered from Grubhub, and every time the food is fresh. This is not always easy to find with delivery, so I highly recommend this restaurant.
I took my son's here for the first time today. And it's arguably better then outback itself. Justin was so nice and helpful! My son stole my drink cup and he helped me out. Lol fresh food and awesome service! Give Justin a raise!
