Walliserhof - Brand

Leider eine der schlechtesten Hotelerfahrungen, die wir jemals machen mussten. Wir hatten insgesamt einen 4t Aufenthalt und wären am liebsten direkte wieder abgereist wäre im Nachhinein die bessere Wahl gewesen, auch wenn das Geld bereits bezahlt ist. Größe Kritikpunkte: Zimmer sind sehr veraltet, entsprechend überhaupt nicht den Bildern Keine Erholung. Immer nur Kindergeschrei!! Im Gletscher Spa sind nach 17 Uhr in der Theorie nur Erwachsene erlaubt, jedoch wird dies nicht umgesetzt. Direkt neben dem Zimmer ist eine sehr laute Baustelle. Hierüber wurde man im Vorhinein nicht informiert Wir hatten nur Frühstück und kein Abendessen gebucht und wurden im Restaurant wie Gäste zweiter Klasse behandelt. Kaffee kam, nachdem man längst mit dem Essen fertig war. Wir konnten in einem Wellness Hotel keine Massagen buchen, da keine Masseure da waren Einziger Pluspunkt: die Reinigungskraft war wirklich sehr freundlich Fazit: nie wieder. Können jedem nur von diesem Hotel abraten.

Im November herrscht gastronomische Ebbe in Brand. Der Walli war geöffnet, also zum Mittag nach langer Wanderung eingekehrt. Geschmack ok, aber für die Menge viel zu teuer. Nö, ich komme nicht wieder.

Before the way the hotel and the place Brand a dream The hotel consists of several buildings. In the building where we stayed, we had trouble finding our room at first. It's all a bit confusing in terms of ups and downs, despite the signs. We had a dream room with a view of the mountains and a beautiful view of the garden, which looks sweet. The rooms are very clean, everything is available, with regard to bathroom facilities just great. The hotel is very dog-friendly and highly recommended. In the evening we had a 4-course menu, which was a feast for the palate. The only drawback in the restaurant. The air quickly got hot, uncomfortable and no air circulation. The tables the service beautiful. The glacier spa and garden in our building was just beautiful. In the evening we were in the Stones Bar with the dog. Great service, very friendly also with regard to the guests. In any case, we would love to come back again and again! It was a very beautiful time!! Rooms: The rooms are beautiful, very modern. Nearby activities: Pu there are endless activities where you can do. Everyone gets their money's worth, as far as the region is concerned. Food drinks: We had a 4-course menu in the evening. Very tasty. The breakfast was perfect too.

We were basically satisfied with our stay, but we didn 't use the wellness area a second time. Rooms: Clean room we had Alpinista Medium Plus and nice balcony. Some might say these are minor things, but for us it affected the impression of the room. What we found a pity was that there was no refrigerator because we also buy local groceries on our excursions, which we would then like to keep cool OK the hotel offered an alternative , no shoehorn and no water bottle with normal mountain water from the rooster. For a hotel that is otherwise so high class, that would not be an expense and would change the overall picture immediately. Safety: A drain channel cover was broken in the wellness area. That certainly didn 't happen shortly before our visit. As a result, you could very quickly injure your feet, since it is a barefoot area. : Walkability: Beautiful walks along the creek invite you to take a look. The hiking area is also really great. : Food drinks: The breakfast was always SUPER!!!! At dinner we noticed differences. In the first half of our stay before 7/31/2023 the food was better and there were two main courses to choose from. After that only one main course and it seemed to us that the quality of the food has deteriorated. There must have been a change of chef. Noteworthy details: There are two rusted ceiling lights in the steam room. As a result, a tile with a very large rust spot was already disfigured in the rear area. At first glance, it almost looks like a bloodstain. This appearance, plus the broken floor drain plate, have largely tempted us not to go to the wellness area a second time. There is an urgent need for action!!! :
