We always opt for the smaller rooms in the older build... read more This is our favorite place for a wellness getaway! 2 hour drive from Zurich and it’s worth it every time. We always opt for the smaller rooms in the older building and they are always clean, cute, and comfortable. The staff is very kind and accommodating across the board. We spend hours in the spa every time we visit and never get tired of the view or the sauna on the hill. Breakfast is also a highlight, we always look forward to the delicious buffet with so many options. We regularly come here and will continue to do so!

At the reception we received an upgrade to a beautiful designer room in the new building with... read more We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights with halb pension- the Dog days. At the reception we received an upgrade to a beautiful designer room in the new building with a big balcony. From the beginning on the receptionist was very sweet too our two dogs and everywhere in the hotel dogs are very much tolerated and loved. We enjoyed the big variety at breakfast and the wonderful several course menu’s every night. The staff was friendly and worked very hard. Its a wonderful place for dogs and human! T... read more We stayed in the Scesa building for 3 nights. The staff is friendly and helpful when you meet them. After 7 p.m. you won't find any staff in the entire hotel. The rooms were okay. Modern is something else and you couldn't call it clean either. The drain in the shower was very dirty, the tissues were empty and not refilled. Dog baskets and food bowls were only provided upon request. Unfortunately very disappointing, we were happy to have a great time and think it's a shame what it's like here!
