Waited three quarters of an hour for a cold coffee and two ice creams. And no, This is not an isolated case! At least once a week we spend the day in the Hasebad. Almost every time, goods are missing and orders cannot be made, frikandels are sold as bratwursts, only selected children get ice cream because there is not enough available. Waiting time when eating up to 1 hour for a simple fries and the cheapest nuggets made from low-quality pressed meat (2kg bag at Eiszeit 6.99). Then the food is cold, the price is less than reasonable and there is no trace of understanding or accommodation. As long as this tenant stays, we will eat out like many other guests we spoke to. The municipal utilities are doing themselves no favors with such a restaurant and the absolutely outrageous operator, who doesn't shy away from loudly “shaming” customers or young employees. I have repeatedly noticed that guests want to visit other baths for many different reasons. The outdoor pool season begins in Ueffeln in May, a testament to the fact that things will continue there...

The service is totally overwhelmed because it 's still very young, as is the cook . The sweet potato fries were completely burnt and the burger patties were fried until they turned into shoe soles. Young friends of the employees were walking around behind the counter in the cooking area in street clothes and serving themselves, that 's not possible, this is a hygiene area. Food totally overpriced for this quality and performance. Never again!
