Had a good lunch here not to long ago and wanted to try other menu items. It was a lovely evening so we sat outside on their large patio with good shade. Now it is right by the busy airport road but we did habituate to the noise and quickly settled in to enjoying our meal and listening to the music. What Ilona S doesn't like about Turtle Jack's:
Place very dark, windows blinds very dirty, filthy. Calamari very dark which means over fried oil, change your oil. Bruschetta warm, tomatoes too warm, I'm use to having vegetables cold, why was this all warm, did you cook the bruschetta. Only shrimps were good but the portion was very small compared to the rest of the appetizers. Server was very friendly in the bar area, very happy and cheerful person. View all feedback.
Came here for my bday dinner last weekend and my boyfriend called to make a reservation asking to be seated in-front of the tv so we can watch the game.
Terrible serviceThere was no cutlery at the table and when asked for it, the waitress indicated that it was a strange request.
I just left this place and usually when I come here, I get the fish tacos It's like the only thing I like on the menu, at this franchise.
Been back twice now, like the fahitas. Service good. Not cheap, but worth a visit once in awhile. Avoid the drinks to keep the bill reasonable.
Atmosphere was good. Service was good. Food was okay. Small serving sizes. If you order steak, make sure to be exact about how you want it cooked. I ordered medium and got rare. Nothing outstanding about this place and will probably not go again. One thing I really hate about some restaurants is that they never bring the food all at once and I believe it quite rude when the party you're with is not eating all at once. Everyone should be eating at the same time. This restaurant did just that.
