Used to be so Friendly... would walk in and everyone would be welcoming...l what happened?!? Seem to follow the same miserable floor manager... it's getting worse! Menu is great. Service needs definite improvement at this location! You give me food without fork, don't keep cutlery visible, but when I ask for it, you are rude. Secondly, I go to pick up the order of snacks from the pick up counter top when they call my name, and I ask very politely if the drinks kept there too are mine. So the server actually says can't you see your name on it? Terrible! View all feedback.
