I came to this place Because I remember the quality of Mr Sam himself this time there was an Indian lady cooking she cooked the ham almost raw the pancakes were mushy and not cooked properly this Indian lady is a disgrace to sams hoagies Mr Sam you will lose reputation with this spanker

I am so surprised I've never been here before until now. I have lived around the corner on bramalea for almost 3 years now and I guess I don't venture Balmoral frequently.Anywho, it's family day and I didn't know if they would he open so I called. I must have hung up before owner answer and he called me right back! Verified they were indeed open and was very welcoming.My daughter and I have felt like family here on out little adventure out this morning. From how he were treated from start until finish.The food was great! My daughter enjoyed every last bite minus few bites of toasts. The pancakes are the size of their plate and you get two of them : I can't wait to try what they have to offer for lunch and dinner.Kid-friendliness: He treated my darling daughter like an absolute princess! She is quite the talker and he had no issues conversating with her :
