Popeyes Chicken & Bisquit - Brampton

So we are moving and decided to treat the 4 moving crew with a quick dinner of Popeyes and ordered the 20 piece of chicken and mashed potatoes and 2 sides. First the chicken was way over cooked, wish we had checked it out before we left the location and not waiting the 15 minutes to get it home, the one side was okay but the mashed potatoes and gravy wasn't up to anybody normal standards. The crew actually complained 15 minutes after we started to work again about having sore stomachs from the chicken, and we had 12 pieces left over as the crew only had 2 pieces each and said enough. Sad that $45 was spend and only half of the food was consumed and I felt very bad that I tried to do the right thing and instead I was the "goat" and made things worse with a poor choice of what to supply the crew.

We ordered for delivery, we were short on potatoes and when we called back, very rude. Un Cooked chicken. See attached photo. Would recommend Mary browns wayyyy better.

Folks i will take the Popeyes experience over KFC any time the chicken is much more moist, and has great spices and the coating is worth the drive to Popeyes any time. The gravy is very good as well. A small hint you can find coupons online in Canada so before running over to Popeyes check if any online coupons are available..

The food was OK only. None of it was hot. Chicken bowl was OK but unlike other stores included no sour cream whatsoever! Fries were cold. I asked for iced tea, no ice and I got ice! I made them fix it and the staff were noticeably annoyed. TOUGH! I'm the customer and they asked what I wanted, I told them, they did their own thing obviously just to increase their profit margin. The staff were efficient but not particularly polite. I asked two questions and felt like they were biting my head off!One thing I noticed that seems to be common with all stores - ZERO workplace diversity. The staff were ENTIRELY East Indian. I'm not prejudice but workplace diversity means just that - hire a DIVERSE group of people. There might be a lot of Indians in Brampton, but there are people there from every culture. What's wrong with you Popeye's? Looks like discrimination based on place of origin to me, and as I said, I've seen this in every store I visited. For some reason East Indians buy the franchises and hire all of their own. This is SHAMEFUL in a 2015 modern and free society. SHAPE UP POPEYES!

Nasty food me and husband felt like throwing up after we ate...we didn't even finish the meals. Maybe other locations are fine but this location food was not good....waste of money wish I had gone to KFC.
