When we returned home, we found the pizzas were hardly warm, indicating they may have been kept in a warmer for too long. The pizzas were lacking proper sauce and instead of sun-dried tomatoes, we found freshly cut tomatoes. The crust was burnt and the overall quality was very poor. I called the restaurant and spoke with Jaya, who believed the pizzas were fresh and made by him. We have always been loyal customers of this restaurant, but the decline in quality is disappointing. Despite requesting a refund, the employee refused to address the issue. I urge someone to inspect the kitchen and assess the quality of the ingredients at this establishment. I hope this matter can be resolved. Thank you.

I asked for Cheddar cheese as a topping, but it was missed initially and only added and baked again at the last minute. I will not be ordering from this pizza shop again.

After contacting them, they promised... read more We ordered flatbread, garlic bread, and a panzarotti. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the panzarotti in our delivery. After contacting them, they promised to make a new one and deliver it to us, charging us for the item. However, when the driver arrived, the panzarotti was warm and not of good quality. It turns out they didn't make a new one, and when they finally did, it was terrible. This experience has disappointed us greatly, and as a result, we will not be returning as customers in the future.
