The best shawarma you can get in the city. Been going here for over 8 years. The owner is super sweet. I live up north but when I’m craving shawarma I make the drive down. It’s so worth it. 10/10 View all feedback.

Worst shawarma I have ever tasted in my life. Looks like a new team in place who don’t know what a shawarma is. Very few pieces of meat. Loads of onions, very poor quality. I have been a customer from the time this location was opened. But this is the worst crew. Worst product. Worst taste. Most certainly very low quality. If there’s a 0 star, I’d give it. I have been coming to this location since 2013. As a young kid i can remember the faces of the people who used to work here. From their service you could truly see they cared. Through the vast expansionism the word started to travel that Osmow’s has gone downhill. As a long time consumer I used to tell people they were wrong, that if they didnt come to this location they hadnt consumed anything from Osmows. Tonight i went in, order was taken quite poorly. Person took an order before me, acknowledged me in line and then left the cash to go talk to their co worker. Whatever, someone else came in and took the order. Now was really irritated me is that, theres 4 people working. Ones cleaning, ones actually taken my order and then instantly left to go make the wraps for other people’s order. The other two just stood around chatting about absolutely nothing; i understood everything as i speak the same language. Complete chit chat of no use or work related especially while you have orders piling up. After waiting around for about 5-6 minutes did the person then realize maybe I should do my job. I dont care about the change in portions, i dont care you bring in younger work force to work for you; but seriously try to instil the quality a mom and pop shop has. One that you used to have and for a long time it was immaculate service. I no longer choose to entertain such a place or the rest in it’s franchise. I would much rather go to shawarma locations further away, more pricier because I know i wont have to stand around watching people idle and talk.
