I ordered a two-piece and got 2 small pieces of chicken, it was brown meat and it wasn't a leg. It wasn't fully a chicken thigh because there were no bones in it. I'm not sure if KFC is now selling boneless chicken thighs but that's what I got. I honestly feel ripped off. I'm disappointed at the quality of food KFC is giving
As a food critic, it is my duty to give an honest and unbiased opinion on the food that I taste. Unfortunately, my recent experience at KFC was less than satisfactory.Firstly, I found the chicken to be quite dry and lacking in flavor. It seemed as though it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long before being served. The breading was also quite greasy, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste in my mouth. The sides were also a disappointment. The mashed potatoes were lukewarm and tasted as though they had been sitting out for a while. The coleslaw was overly sweet and lacked the necessary crunch and tanginess. To top it off, the service was slow and disorganized. It took far too long to place my order, and when it finally arrived, it was not what I had requested.Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at KFC. While I understand that fast food restaurants may not always produce the highest quality food, I was expecting more from a chain as well-known as KFC. I hope that they can improve their food and service in the future.
Worst KFC i ever saw … they even don’t know how to simply layer a burger and one of my friend work there she is ex employee there she told me how there manager and supervisor Fatima and siddarth) worstly treat them. They don’t even know how to speak respectfuly with there employee and they also harass them on there personal life … think twice to go there and work with them.
