Food is consistent. I have been to this location multiple times. The service is better when it is less busy.
This was the closest location to my house for years but I found myself driving well out of my way to visit other KFCs instead of this one. The food at this location has tended to be not as good as others. Either undercooked or overcooked or sitting too long. Tough to really explain except it seemed it could always be better.This location does also suffer from its fair share of mistakes in the orders as well. Check your order before leaving.
Went there midweek and was shocked. This place is the slowest on earth. One lady behind the counter with one speed S L O W ! Filthy floors and tables, not enough staff to function at even quiet periods. No condiments available, and nobody seemed to understand us! Never in my life saw chicken pieces so small or so greasy. One wonders if Cornish hen was substituted. 6 ahead of me and all were frustrated. Pop spilled on the floor and no attempt to clean it up was made, instead a wet floor sign was placed over top of the spill (which had long since dried)If this is the norm, one wonders what it is like behind the scenes.How this franchise has ever survived is just short of miraculous!
I have frequented KFC many times and always find it enjoyable. Despite its greasiness, I find myself craving it frequently because the chicken skin is just too delicious to resist.
