The half-price wings were not worth it; they arrived cold and rubbery, tasting more like frozen grocery store wings than anything fresh. While the flavor of my Thai curry bowl was decent, the portion was disappointingly small, and the noodles resembled cheap ramen rather than authentic Shanghai noodles. The chicken salad was unfortunately charred, and to top it off, our meal was served without utensils, and the straws were too small for the glasses. We were presented with a dessert offer and a $5.50 discount, but I believe we shouldn’t have been charged for the wings at all. The overall experience was dreadful, especially for a family with young kids. To make matters worse, the restrooms had a terrible odor, and there was no effort to upgrade to automated fixtures during the pandemic—at the very least, they could have installed automatic faucets. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such poor service and food quality before, and I certainly won’t be returning. Update: I’ve noticed a surge of new reviews here that seem suspicious. In just the past week, multiple new accounts have posted about specific servers, including one who appears repeatedly, likely the same waitress we had. These reviews seem to be fake, likely written by friends.

They served me burnt, and half uncooked kettle chips for my takeout order, how rude and unprofessional, zero value for price. Couldn't even finish my chips, so thought of giving it 1 star for wasting my money. Please train your chef on frying. I havealso added picture of what I was served.

We ordered drinks—Shirley Temple, 7-Up, Pepsi, and ginger ale—all of which were bland. The server, who was very kind, went to check on the issue and discovered that the syrup was out, so she remade the drinks for us. However, after being seated, it took over 60 minutes for our food to arrive. The piece of chicken on the burger was laughable, and the potato skins tasted like nothing more than fried potato chunks. The chicken wings were particularly unappetizing and went untouched. Additionally, keep in mind that fries with the wings are extra, which is not typically the case at other restaurants, and the parmesan cheese isn't shredded at the table like it is elsewhere. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. We felt there was no value for the money we spent, and the atmosphere felt like a distant memory of what used to be a great neighborhood bar. The wait for ordering and service was completely unacceptable, and there was no management present to address these issues. I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning.

Very frustrating evening. After a 12 hour emergency shift I met my sister and her fiancé for dinner at Kelsey’s. We weren’t addressed for ~20 minutes, but the manager then took our order. He came back 15 minutes after ordering to tell us we would needto take our order in take out containers because the dishwashers went home. We were a little upset but at this point thereweren’t many options so we said okay. Our food came out ~10 minutes later all at different points in take out containers,servers were saying they didn’t know why we were being served like this and we were asked if we were packing up when wehadn’t even gotten cutlery to eat with. Part of our meal was very over cooked, thankfully the waitress took it off the billhowever the order was received incorrectly. At the end of the night it was still a $100 dinner somehow.. extremely disappointedand exhausted..
