Alth... read more I come from a British family who eats fish and chips on a consistent basis. I can confidently say the quality of the fish is proper. The portion is decent. Although it’s expensive, you pay for what you get. I know of less expensive places for the same meal but choose to come here to be satisfied. The staff is friendly and quick. I’ve never had to wait for a seat even though it does get busy. I prefer to eat my meal in restaurant, it’s best to have the fish batter fries crispy!!

I can't tell you how the food tastes, but I can tell you the service is horrible. I walked in, had to seat myself and then what..... Wait for nothing. The waitress stood right next to my table twice. At no time did she offer me a menu, tell me she'll be with me in a moment or any sort of customer service. Beyond that we made direct eye contact three times as I sat there for ten minutes before I got up and left. It's also worth noting that other people came into the restaurant after me and the waitress seemed to recognize their presence. Maybe I should have just ordered take out or return when I'm 70 yrs plus in order to be served. As those were the only people that I could see with food on their table.

Food is good but not great I found the fish n chips quite greasy and oily to be perfectly honest and you get a mediocre portion of chips that I think have sat i... read more Food is good but not great I found the fish n chips quite greasy and oily to be perfectly honest and you get a mediocre portion of chips that I think have sat in a storage bin for too long cuz they were dried out, know what I mean not crisp or fluffy inside like they’d been sitting around too long after cooking! Fish was good but again greasy not crisp but soggy somewhat like it’d been sitting around too long not freshly made! I asked if the food had been fresh made to order and was told yes but I doubt that very much! Anyways it was eatable somewhat but the prices were also a little high for what you got! It’s good but my score reflects honestly and I eat fish n chips regularly and have had it around the world! There’s way better in Brampton trust me just look up another place that starts with the letter H. Try their special it’ll knock your socks off! Henry’s needs to pick it up a bit and get more competitive! Good fishing folks!! Parking: Plenty of parking but it’s shared with a strip mall so can be busy at times!
