Great food at very nominal costs. It's a must. Every thing is good eating the service the quality n the amount.

I love Hakka food and have been to most places in Brampton. Fusion Flame is the most authentic, in my opinion. Food is always fresh, portions are huge, and prices are reasonable. The staff are very friendly. Have ordered food for take out and for catering many times. Only complaint: can be a little too salty at times. Also - the chop suey is very different from most places. Very sweet and liquidy - but maybe that's just my own preference.

Their Fushion Flame Chicken is out of this world. The best spicy chicken that we had ever. It beats any hot chily chicken hands down.

Was in the area and kids didn't want the choice near that we picked up for ourselves. Saw a sign in the nearby grocery store that when buying a entrè was a fried rice or a noodle dish 1/2 price. Sounds like a good deal and the kids did it. It makes it to eat Indian style Chinese, so we went to Fusion, the only other side of the Plaza where we were. Order a vegetarian manchurian and a veg Hakka Chow My to take away. The place is super small, but it seemed a decent sitting area. The Veg Manchurian was not as sharp as other restaurants, but still good. The balls were a bit muddy, but perhaps at the time when we reached our destination and had the food, it was about 30 minutes plus. The noodles, again a little less sharp by the Indian style Chinese but edible. The saving grace was that it was less oily/fat compared to others. Would go back and don't mind sitting.

I discovered this restaurant on a rainy evening when I was in need of a quick meal before a long meeting. I informed the server that I was short on time and asked for a recommendation for something fast. The server suggested the Chili Chicken, which arrived promptly, indicating that it was likely pre-prepared and reheated. The portion size was generous, and I only managed to eat half of it. The accompanying bowl of rice was a bit dry, but it tasted better when mixed with the sauce from the chicken. The chicken itself was flavorful but somewhat lacking in seasoning. It was 6 PM on a Wednesday, and I was the only patron in the restaurant, leading me to believe that they mainly focus on takeout orders. The portion sizes would be suitable for ordering a few dishes to share with a family at home. While the restaurant served its purpose for a quick meal, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to dine there again.
