The atmosphere is bright and cozy, the food is delicious and the food portions are huge. So much food that I have to mention before hand to only give me half of what I usually get and still have a hard time finishing it. And the service is my favorite part, absolutely friendly people all around. My favorite being Gloria! Thank you so much for such a fantastic and friendly service everytime.

The portions are generous and the food is not overly greasy or overly buttered like some places. Everything is made fresh to order. While I am vegetarian and have not tried the meat dishes, I have heard from others that they are really good. The pancakes and waffles are large, the sandwiches are delicious, and my favorite part is their home fries which have a special seasoning that sets them apart from other breakfast spots. They have switched to a chopped style potato for the home fries, but they are still tasty. Even when ordering through Uber Eats, the food is delicious and they always accommodate special instructions. Today, I grabbed a quick breakfast during a study break and as always, it was excellent. Thank you Flips for the delicious food and great service!

The view isn't the most beautiful (just a parking lot), but it's definitely worth a visit. It seems popular for takeout and there is free parking available. I had the eggs and pancakes, which were delicious. I've found a new favorite spot. The staff is consistently nice and I was really happy with the quality of the food.
