This is NOT inside the mall...it's outside the mall on a strip and was PERFECT for me as I walked across the street. My 1st time trying this place was nothing less than great. Apart from them not having combos and having to pay for your items separately, I was satisfied. The service was great, food was fresh and delicious - kind of remind me of Burger Priest. What User doesn't like about Five Guys:
A delicious burger to be sure, and the variety of included toppings is a nice touch (mushrooms and fried onions among them). Parking at the Bramalea City Centre location can be something of a nightmare which unfortunately makes this location slightly less desirable for me personally. View all feedback.
WARNING: PEANUT ALLERGY. Peanuts are everywhere, so completely avoid if you have nut allergies. If you do not have nut allergies, go out of your way to get their burgers and fries. They offer a wide variety of toppings, the service is always friendly, and their spicy fries are great. Huge portions! Check them out!
A lot of people are commenting on the place being unclean, but that was not my experience at all. The staff was efficient and polite too. As for the food, I'm not really sure what the fuss is about. The burgers are fine, but nothing out of the ordinary. They're cooked to well done, like 95% of burgers in Canada, so there isn't much in the way of flavour. I found the fries to be ridiculously salty, but I don't know if that's policy or just a heavy hand at this location [Bovaird and Hwy 10]. The one thing I must comment on is the size of the portions. I'm a pretty big guy, but I couldn't finish the "regular" cheeseburger and I barely made a dent in the huge portion of fries. No wonder North America is facing an obesity crisis. I could see eating there once every six months, but that's about it.
We enjoy their burgers and fries, but my husband had a very bad experience with the service. He placed his order and he had to wait a very long time for them to fill it. When they finally filled it instead of making new fries...he got the very few and cold fries that were left over. When he mentioned this he got a very rude reaction from the server. When he later contacted Five Guys and put in a complaint...they just had the Manager at the store call him. The manager also had attitude and acted like it was a waste of his time to apologize. He only did it because head office made him call. So my husband contacted head office again.....and they again had the same manager call back with a very vague and insincere apology. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on....there are many great burgers places around these days.

Fries were on point and the upgrade for .30 cents drink was well warranted as it was a hot day. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be walking back again.
