Can someone please tell me why their gravy for the poutin is like soup? So watered down and flavorless. Literally my fries are just soaked in runny watery gravy . Do not recommend. 6 bucks plus tax wasted Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The steak and chicken are filleted which makes it super tender and easy to eat. Very consistent service and quality of food here. Great staff and manager. I come here once a week and they're all fantastic. Out of the mall food selection, Charley's is one of the best choices!! Must try. Went to get some food at 8:30 and the guy said they are closed. However, someone was served right before us. Hours say 7 but mall is open until 9 and staff there when we approached at 8:30
