The night staff at this restaurant lacks management and provides poor customer service. I was disappointed that they did not teach proper behavior.

I ordered through the car window and was asked to wait for 5 minutes, which was fine. However, when it came time to pay cash at the window, I was not directed where to order and the window closed immediately. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was waved over to come and collect my order. They should have passed my order through the window, but instead, they made me come to them. It was a painful experience as I had to walk over, but the drive-thru was full and I didn't want to wait again. Proper training is necessary for the staff at this location. It was the worst experience I have had here.

The dining experience was okay, but I wish they had informed me that refills were not free. Before ordering, I inquired about free refills for the drinks and was told they were complimentary. However, when I asked for a third refill, I was informed that it was not allowed. I expressed my disappointment that this was not communicated to me earlier, but the staff seemed unresponsive. I do not think I will be returning to this restaurant. These types of inconsistencies can be frustrating.

The personal is super friendly! coffee is my favorite I have regularly become big double double

Absolutely love this roadside joint. Workers are super friendly and welcoming. I work nearby and go there everyday for my regular Poutine and a diet root beer.
