This is my fifth time eating at august 8 since December. Food quality and standards have dropped since my initial visit. Shrimp tempura was served cold. Restaur... read more This is my fifth time eating at august 8 since December. Food quality and standards have dropped since my initial visit. Shrimp tempura was served cold. Restaurant was not very clean - floors looked as if they had not been vacuumed for a couple of days. They are no longer accepting debit - cash or visa mc only. Not sure I will give it another try....
