The staff is warm and welcoming, and while the prices for some second-hand books may be a bit on the high side, the atmosphere is lovely and the food is delicious. I highly recommend making this picturesque spot a destination on your trip!

We had no idea what to expect, but... read more We unexpectedly stopped here on our way to vacation when my son needed to use the restroom, and we were looking for a drink. We had no idea what to expect, but we ended up staying for two hours! It was amazing and wonderful. The place has an incredible selection of books and a dedicated play area for kids. We enjoyed some delicious soup and cake in the café. I'm so glad we decided to stop; they also have a fantastic collection of books!

Bought so many books the back seatbelt alarms kept going off... read more We stopped on the recommendation from a chap at the previous hotel we stayed in while we were away. Bought so many books the back seatbelt alarms kept going off as we bought so many books and put them on the back seats. Not only that we spent two hours there. Fantastic value and such a wide range. Loved it.
