We were very excited to have our first ever carvery, and while trying to figure out the system and process for it, Margaret seemed to have a very short temper w... read more We were very excited to have our first ever carvery, and while trying to figure out the system and process for it, Margaret seemed to have a very short temper with us seeming to expect us to be veterans of the carvery game. We had asked for diet cokes, but she upsold us and gave us refillable glasses, which we never got delivered by a waitress/waiter, my good friend, with a shaky hand, had to fill in for them and go to the bar to retrieve them. Even after we had located Margaret and enquired about the whereabouts of them, which she said they were on the way, but it was a lie. We had heard good things about this carvery, but we have agreed as a group, to take a step back and revaluate future decisions about going to carvery’s. The ol boy serving the meat was the best part of our experience. AVOID
