I mixed all the diff... read more One of my all-time favorites! I grab a cup and put on a glove, then I fill it up as much as I'd like, paying only for the amount in my cup. I mixed all the different ice creams together and enjoyed every bite. It was a fun experience and, of course, absolutely delicious!

I wish I had caught the name of the cashier, who had such vibrant purple hair. She was incredibly cheerful and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations for customer service. I even decided to join their rewards program, which saved me 10% on my order tonight—who could say no to such a delightful person? She also asked if I needed lids and a bag for my two ice creams. I genuinely wish I had a business card to offer her, as I believe any customer service-oriented business would greatly benefit from having her on their team. I hope her employer recognizes how rare it is to encounter such dedication, especially in industries that often experience high turnover rates. Additionally, I appreciate that Sweet Frog offers no-sugar-added options!
