What Scott Hunter likes about The West Street Vineyard:
The restaurant is lovely, light and airy with plenty to look at. The food is excellent. I had the watermelon and feta salad my husband the broccoli soup. Both were excellent. For seconds I had the pork belly my husband fish and chips. We thought a whale had landed the piece of fish was that large. Again beautifully cooked. Desert was delicious, chocolate brownie, strawberry cheese cake and salted caramel cake. Yum. O... View all feedback. What Gordon Mitchell doesn't like about The West Street Vineyard:
Had the Seafood platter for two. Good quality ingredients prawns smoked salmon roll mops and smoked mackerel. But for the price I think they could have maybe added some crab mussels etc. Not a lot for the money. Don't think I would go back. Sorry. View all feedback.

read moreThe restaurant offers a mixed experience, with some patrons enjoying their meals and the atmosphere while others were left disappointed. The Seafood platter for two received mixed reviews, with some finding the quality of ingredients good, but others feeling that more variety was needed for the price. Some diners were underwhelmed by the limited weekend menu and bland specials, while others praised the excellent food, portion sizes, and desserts. The personal touch from the owner and diverse menu options were highlighted as positives. Overall, the beautiful environment and excellent service were mentioned by most reviewers, but discrepancies between the online menu and the actual menu were a point of contention. Despite some mixed feedback, the restaurant was generally recommended for a nice meal with good wine.
