Was 903audreyd at Costa a mag?
Enjoyed a very refreshing iced fruit smoothie. Service was very good and staff are friendly. Drinks were prepared quickly and reasonable price, plus my next one's free with the loyalty card! Always happy to pop in here, does get busy at lunch time but so do most places. View all feedback.

What GF Gavin dislikes about Costa:
I struggled to find anywhere to eat in Witham, so went in Costa for a cup of tea and something edible. It seemed badly organised, with a very very long queue and this was before the latest lockdown stretching a long way outside. Said queue was very slow moving, so we waited a long time outside in the cold. I eventually got some tea, but despite quite a wide selection of sandwiches and other foods, Costa still don't b... I believe that Costa Witham serves an amazing dry cappuccino! I noticed which barista made my coffee and as I was finishing it, a staff member asked if everything was okay. I mentioned how delicious it was and think the staff deserves recognition for their excellent service!

Got served by a lovely young lady called lily with a cute bow and clips in her hair she was so friendly and chatty made my morning

The staff are truly lovely here. Through difficult times they have always smiled and taken the time to make you feel welcome with a few words. The place is kept nice and clean. I am not surprised this Costa is well visited. The outside space is nice to sit in on a sunny day. The coffee of course is delicious!

Today, I was excited to enjoy a cappuccino. I prefer my cappuccinos dry, so I requested one from the restaurant. Unfortunately, even after sending it back once, the second cup still did not meet my expectations. The coffee was weak and had only a small amount of froth on top. I took just one sip before deciding to leave it. I found it to be a waste of money, especially since I have had better cappuccinos at our local cafe, The Tearoom.
