What Rich C dislikes about Ruby Thai Kitchen:
I felt like I was shortchanged due to the small portion I received for the price I paid. After finishing my entree along with three sides, I was still left feeling hungry. View all feedback.

It's exactly what you would expect from Chinese cuisine.

The combo meals are a great value for the price. You can pair your choice of noodles or rice with any of the entrees or appetizers. The food is consistently fresh and served quickly, even during busy times. Their service is impressively efficient; they manage to serve a large number of customers all at once without compromising on accuracy. The standout dish on the menu is definitely the spicy mango chicken, which I highly recommend. This restaurant was a favorite of mine when I worked at the mall.

I'm not sure why this place is labeled as Thai, as it really resembles Americanized Chinese cuisine. Their pad Thai is more like lo mein, and you would never find boneless spareribs in traditional Thai dishes. While it's acceptable for mall food, it doesn't offer an authentic Thai experience.
