A complete overview of all 11 meals and beverages can be found here on the menu of Ruby Thai Kitchen from Braintree.

Tucked in a mall food court, Ruby Thai Kitchen serves fast, affordable Asian-American fare with efficient, attentive service, combo-value meals, and standout plates like spicy mango chicken and BBQ pork. Patrons appreciate fresh-tasting sides, quick turnaround, and wallet-friendly pricing, making it a dependable stop for shoppers and mall workers. However, expect Americanized flavors rather than authentic Thai: portions and consistency can vary, rice may be mushy at times, and complimentary samples are no longer offered.

Fast and friendly service, and surprisingly delicious food. Obviously not an authentic pick but it definitely hits the spot for mall food court asian . The mango chicken and bbq pork were very flavorful and fresh, and the green beans were crisp but tender. Rice wasn 't bad either. Definitely not bland food at all. Honestly not the worst deal for the amount of food you get. View all feedback.

What Rich C dislikes about Ruby Thai Kitchen:
I felt like I was shortchanged due to the small portion I received for the price I paid. After finishing my entree along with three sides, I was still left feeling hungry. View all feedback.

I'm not sure why this place is labeled as Thai, as it really resembles Americanized Chinese cuisine. Their pad Thai is more like lo mein, and you would never find boneless spareribs in traditional Thai dishes. While it's acceptable for mall food, it doesn't offer an authentic Thai experience.

I really miss the old chefs! I've been visiting this mall since childhood, back when it wasn't a Thai kitchen. It used to be the best spot in the mall, but now it's completely changed. The rice is mushy, the meat lacks flavor, and everything just tastes terrible now. What a disappointment!

Overpriced for the amount of food they give you.

Easy location to access in food court. Staff is nice. Food is absolutely delicious! My favorite is the mango chicken. Good prices too!
