The staff is the hidden gem at this Grove st location......Even if the coffee was horrible (which it's not) I'd still stop by daily to see all the people who work here....they are all like family! View all feedback.
What mary smithers doesn't like about Dunkin':
This used to be my go to dunks but the really old white brunette woman has been so mean to me everytime I come. All i do is order my coffee, saying please and thank you. Then she goes to hand me my change but literally THROWS it at me. Ive never experienced this ever? All I did was order my coffee. All the other workers are nice but shes horribly mean : View all feedback.
This review is for the Dunkin' Donuts on North Main Street Brockton. I drove up to the window and purchased 7 sourdough breakfast sandwiches. They were supposed to come with two eggs bacon and cheese. I was on my way to a fundraiser. I walked in with the sandwiches handed them out, and what was inside was one egg no bacon and a piece of cheese. The bread was limp and everyone proceeded to throw them out. I brought one of the sandwiches back to show them how it was made. They told me that the manager or owner was not in. I came back four times left my phone number and no one ever contacted me. Would never go back there again.
When the afternoon/night crew workers park in all of the parking spots closest to the door, I'll always drive right by this one and go onto the next one. To me, it speaks volumes about their mindset of customer service.
I stop in a early a couple a times a week, the staff is always friendly and get my order right!
My favorite dunkins.. always fresh coffee hot and not grittie. The manager and her team are sweet attentive and keep the place spotless . Thank you ladies .. good job .. Joe c ..
The best Dunkin donut in the town. also nice staff. Fast service.
