Bates And Grill - Braintree

The food was very nice and portion size was also good. The only complaint I had was the level of background music. Listening to your voice when there were only four people at that time was more than annoying. If the level of day music is lowered, I would go back, but until then I will find a less loud place.

Amazing bar, great atmosphere and amazing and friendly bartenders. I love the chicken wings and burgers here. I had the heart attack Burger and it is very good with its many selection of beer (I had the wormtail IPA).

Great new addition to the Weymouth Landing/East Braintree area. The menu is definitely varied, with a wide selection of sandwiches, ducks, alcoholic drinks and more. Service was also fast and friendly. For a Thursday night it seemed relatively busy. The only drawback is the relative lack of easy parking nearby

Had the blue cheese burger with some Lord Hobo brews. One of the best bar burgers I've ever had, 3 napkins used to wipe my hands of the dripping goodness. And off course those beers are fantastic with many more to be tasted and drank because they have a very good selection. Went on a late Saturday afternoon, not crowded. ate at the bar, service was good. Went back Sunday to watch NFL. A little disappointed they only have local channels. So if you're from our of town, go somewhere else to watch your team. Or if you're a Giants fan, go here so you don't have to watch how bad they are!!!
