I tipped for my takeout order, yet there was no customer service offered. I had a terrible experience, and I appreciate how you ruined my lovely morning.

The owner even cleared our table asked how our meal was was very kind. We will definitely be back! Vegetarian options: Ashleys has a very large menu that offers many options for vegetarians.

Not... read more I could only explain my criticism of this restaurant based on my experience placing takeout orders as I have not eaten at this restaurant.The food was fine. Nothing to complain about there. The service on the other .....Make sure you are not in a rush. If you order takeout for pickup, it will take an additional 15 to 20 minutes from the supposed time that the order will be finished. From talking to the waitresses they didn't even know how long the order will take if you order online. Based on what the waitresses told me, your take out order is cooked when the kitchen staff can cook your order. So I would imagine it's probably better to just eat there instead of ordering to go.Also don't bother requesting condiments like hot sauce (like Tabasco or Sriracha because they don't honor them. They won't give it to you.I may edit this review in the future if I decide to dine in at this establishment. (It's probably going to be a while since the service wasn't the greatest for someone ordering to go let alone a tip was added to the TAKEOUT ORDER.
