The staff are always friendly, but this is for corporate or the franchise owner;Placed an order on your app for this location, you took payment, we got there an... read more The staff are always friendly, but this is for corporate or the franchise owner;Placed an order on your app for this location, you took payment, we got there and the store had closed up at 4, due to staffing issues.Now again, nothing against the staff here, they voided the order which obviously initiated the refund. HOWEVER, you and my bank are gonna make me wait 3-5 days on a refund to process, but if a homeless person came in and stole a sandwich and some of your product, because they were starving, you would more than likely press charges correct?Stop with the greed, and make it right rather than wrong, also if you plan on closing early, update the app and information, it’s really not that hard to do.
