I also bought some nice products there. Wish they had more tables as sometimes it is very hard to find a table.

It wasn’t clear before entering how it... read more We ate here yesterday and the food (all vegetarian) was truly amazing, the staff very kind, and the ambiance comforting. It wasn’t clear before entering how it worked (a sign out front might be helpful to entice new customers) but there was no menu since the food options change saily. They had three options for the main course to choose from, and when you ordered you would receive soup and tea, then your main course with salad and rice, then a dessert. All options were vegetarian or vegan and the price was very inexpensive for incredible food. The main I had, a salted savory “cake” filled with vegetables was divine and the chocolate cake for desert was perfectly sweetened and not the overly sweet thing one would get in the States. I can’t rave about the food or the people enough. Portugal is a wonderful country and they love their meat and fish, but this vegetable-loaded meal was a very welcome change!
