I completely agree with the other reviews. This is by far the best Subway in the area. The owners are local and always friendly, going above and beyond with the generous amount of fillings. They even sneak a free cookie into my bag! My nearest Subway is disappointing, so I don’t mind traveling a bit further to Braeside—it’s definitely worth it. Keep up the fantastic service, everyone!

It's conveniently located, easily accessible from both Boundary Road and Lower Dandenong Road. However, it's worth noting that parking can be limited during meal times, making it a bit crowded. The restaurant has a strong customer base from the nearby industrial area and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Please keep in mind that there are no restrooms or designated disabled parking available.
