Contribute FeedbackZizzi restaurant offers a mixed experience with some highs and lows. The complimentary pasta crisps and friendly service are noted, but some main courses were disappointing. Service was slow during busy times, with cold dishes being served. The prices are considered high for the portions given. However, the food quality at this chain restaurant is commended, with standout dishes like garlic bread with cheese and Spag Bol with lentil ragu receiving praise. Overall, Zizzi provides a decent dining experience, particularly if you appreciate friendly service and good food.
Out of all the places I visited in Bradford, this restaurant provided the best experience by far. Our server/supervisor, Rachel, was exceptional! She took excellent care of us, ensuring our orders were accurate and taking special precautions for any food allergies. The food was delicious and the overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Motivated by the 25% discount on food for Zillionaire's Club members, I decided to dine early on a Monday night at this restaurant. The young staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to assisting me with the Zizzi's app to redeem my discounts and even get a free portion of garlic bread! For my starter, I opted for the Chicken Spiedini which was delicious, with succulent chicken and sunblush tomatoes on a skewer. The Pan Fried Sea Bass I chose for my main course was also very enjoyable, as was the Cotes De Provence Rose wine I paired it with. The service was efficient and top-notch throughout my meal.
The portion sizes at this restaurant are very small, which was disappointing. We ordered through Uber Eats and everything went smoothly. However, when we got home we found that the pizza and upgraded lasagna were smaller than expected. The pizza was tasty and the lasagna was good, but for £17.95 I was not impressed with the size of the dish. I ordered the All Out Lasagne and was disappointed with the portion size, as seen in the photos. The food tasted good but didn't last very long. Overall, I wouldn't order from here again.
Over priced. Small portions. No special offers or vouchers available. In hindsight I should have got a free trial on a taste card. Pizza was a lot dough on the edges then tomato sauce and kind of cheese in the middle. It was very amateurish. We did wonder if it was an adult portion: kids menu is still good value. Mains are expensive if no voucher and really should have gone elsewhere at their price point pizza express is much much better.
Booked a table and were given a booth which was nice. Complimentary pasta crisps is a nice touch and they were very friendly to my daughter. The starter was nice however the main course was disappointing. My husband was given the wrong pizza and after about 10 mins they came to apologise and asked if he wanted the correct pizza to be cooked but it would take 10 mins at least. He didn't bother. I had ordered the special beef ragu but it was really salty. They said that because of the mix up my husband's pizza would not be added to the bill.
