What User doesn't like about The Firehouse:
Pizzas are decent, no wow factor but customer service is worse than my excretion. The staff are the most rude I have ever come across in a restaurant, full of rudeness and arrogance. The customer service is so poor words can not describe it. They claim to be HMC Approved, but there is no certificate proving it. Nor are they listed on HMC website. Absolutely scam of a restaurant. Great food, customer service was excellent. we ordered and were served in less than 15 minutes our food (a pizza ordered and a part of the buffalo wing) was very surprised how quickly the food came out. an amazing experience will go definitiw again
A lovely change to the regular types of pizza that you can get in Bradford! introducing a new topping mix which felt vibrant and a variety of different side dishes. A genuinely lovely atmosphere and warm service too... only drawback is cash only

Pro :Excellent pizzas. Its like the subway of Pizza restaurants. They are very generous and you can add as many toppings as ypu like. Definitely a very tasty Pizza. Far more delicious than Pizza hut or Dominos. You will taste the difference. The service was good too. Con: cold room and loud music that has no place in an food establishment. It ruins the ambience. The staff seemed powerless to do anything about it.
