Stefanos Italian - Bradford

This was quite a find in this small town (not in Keighley itself but a few miles away). They had only just reopened after the enforced closure, which probably explained why the service was a bit rusty. No complaints otherwise, and the fact that all the tables were full as soon as doors opened bore this out. I had an a monumental pasta dish and my companions were equally satisfied.

The food is amazing absolutely delicious if that was all the rating would be star. But the service is absolutely rubbish. When you phone for a takeaway you have to repeatedly keep phoning. When they answer you’re asked to wait for a while whilst listening to noisy background noise, it’s usually you’re sat waiting. When the person comes back to the phone they never ever know the specials, so you have to sit and wait another few minutes whilst they yell asking what they are down the phone. After this you’re asked to wait again whilst the person yells out your order down your ear hole to the kitchen, you’re then told a time. When you show up at that time guaranteed to be stood outside waiting for at least minutes as it is NEVER and I repeat NEVER ready on time. The food it absolutely fantastic! But the organisation, the communication and the timing is absolutely horrendous it spoils a nice evening as by the time you’ve waited and been messed around for so long it just puts you into a bad mood.

While on holiday in Yorkshire, we came across this restaurant recommended on various apps. Prior to our visit, we made a reservation as it was known to be very busy. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and owners. The owner's wife even came over with the specials and shared details about them. Our starters were delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary pizza with them. Our mains were served piping hot, accompanied by free patate al forno (similar to chips) and a slice of Italian bread. Everything was devoured and absolutely delicious. We were too full for dessert, but we were treated to a complimentary drink at the end of the meal. We left with full bellies, feeling happy and were bid farewell by the entire staff. What a fantastic place. Thank you to everyone, we loved it and can't wait to visit again.

Wow! If I could give six stars, I would! We received a great welcome from the lovely staff and enjoyed amazing food at this restaurant. I would definitely come back here again. Our meal by the canal was the perfect way to end our evening with happy memories. A big thank you to Stefano and the team!

It has been a while since we last dined at Stefano's due to health issues, but we were thrilled to rediscover their amazing food. Stefano ensures that every dish is delivered to the same high standard, especially his superb fish dishes. The efficiency of Beta and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant make for a top-notch dining experience. We have missed coming here and will definitely be returning soon. It's great to see that the restaurant is always busy, despite slight price increases. Stefano's still offers great value for the quality of food and service provided.
