What Nicola Manautines doesn't like about Starbucks:
The delivery man pulled out my two Starbucks coffees and the bag was all ripped and wet and fell apart the coffee was pouring all over the floor and there was about a third of a cup in each large cup I tried to ring store several time but no reply as the driver said the lid was not on properly so very disappointed as he just said see just eat who never sort it when this happens not even had a reply to my text yet and... Absolutely awful service… staff were more interested in talking( loudly) to each other and barely giving eye contact to me. Just short of £10 for two coffees. Will not return.
The employees were impolite and uncooperative. They messed up my drink order, just like they did during my last visit. I will not be returning to this establishment. The service and coffee are much better at the City Park location.
Twice I have ordered from here twice, and both times they have got my order wrong. First time I got refunded second time they refunded me 70p for one missing item when they were missing 3 of the add-ons. If you advertise something in a photo, you should make the staff know how to make it.
Rubbish coffee shops, my local at bd7 clayton don't take caah in 2023 omg rubbish had go to greggs next door disgusting everyone takes cash, loosing alot customers I take it, or hope pmsl
I often visit the Starbucks on Clayton Road, but today's experience was exceptional. The staff was confident, helpful, reliable, friendly, and proactive. When I arrived at 5:15pm, my friend and I were second in line. Katie was the only one working, but she answered our questions about the items on the shelf with confidence. Even though there were no croissants in the display, Katie went to get one for me and even warmed it up. Despite a growing line of customers and delivery guys waiting, Katie efficiently handled the queue, tills, and drink orders. She made sure everyone received their orders promptly and the drinks were hot. I was truly impressed by how she managed the situation with ease. Katie's excellent customer service skills made a significant impact. It appeared that her colleagues were busy, but they eventually helped out.
