Was Anonym at Snooty's a mag?
Ordered from here for home delivery. Food was delicious, hot and fresh. I ordered the chicken donner on naan with all salad and sauce. Was nice and juicy and a good portion size (I only ate half of it and finished the rest of next day) very similar to shimlas chicken donner. Only constructive criticism I have is the person who takes the orders, needs to calm down and remember his manners View all feedback.

Food is good but they service is very poor.i put a order in and it took more then hour to come and when it arrived it was cold and not cooked properly.let me down View all feedback.
Took 1 hour 30 mins after 4 calls finally got my order then full order wasn't receive had to ring back for missing item , waited another 15mins but at least my chips was made fresh and not left in the car as the said delivery driver had forgot to give me them originally nice food just not happy with delivery 5 calls to get a meal sorted
The food at Snooty's is delicious, particularly the grilled chicken. The pizzas and burgers are also excellent, but I've been trying to opt for healthier options lately. The staff is friendly and the call and collect service is always on time.
Well we're do we start, we ordered the take away which they told us would take 30 minutes, which in fact took nearly an hour, which every time we called the delivery seemed to be a constant 10 minutes away. After all that we then received the food which was cold, tasteless and stodgy! I would avoid at all cost! Will not be wasting my money at this establishment!
Been ordering from here what seems like forever since they were called snootys. This time they charged for a large chicken dinner and have a small. In the past the large has always been in the big foil tray. Called up to enquire and now that’s the XL . I’ve learnt my lesson I will go to shimla.
