In a recent exploration of a local Indian restaurant, experiences were vastly varied. While many patrons praised the exceptional quality and authentic flavors of the food, they consistently lamented the inadequate service. Guests reported long waits, mix-ups with orders, and a lack of attentiveness from the staff, which marred their dining experiences. Yet, amidst complaints of rudeness and communication failures, some highlighted a few staff members' efforts to salvage the situation. Despite the culinary delights on offer, the overall sentiment leaned toward disappointment, leading many to consider takeout in the future rather than returning for a dine-in experience.

Was User at Seema's a mag?
A real hidden gem, often overlooked in a quiet backwater of town. Unpretentious, genuine, authentic homely Indian restaurant. Freshly sourced prepared food, outstanding service from very personable waiters who enjoy chatting to customers on a personal level. A clean, cosy welcoming establishment. Seema's/Saimah's...restaurant is highly recommended. View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Seema's:
absolutely insulted. I was here in the whole covid. who eat regularly on Sunday. then went in tonight without a booking and then the treatment was terrible. no connection, no communication just a finger point of an hour. since we decided to visit. during the lockdown and keep a little business going that I was injured and gob smashed. we went home and will not be back. Absolutely insulted. We had booked for 7.30 a.m., and it was almost 2 hours before we got our main course because the boss/boss takeaways sit a priority over diners, so we have just observed and waited a procession of takeaways. Yes, we should have had a reflexion and we should have got up and go, but we had already started and at the time they always think it will be next. I am sure that the takeaways generate more, but certainly to the cost of bad service and the call it can not be that difficult to prioritize, take orders around seat in bookings? whatever the reason, they understand where their business priorities are and inform them the booking customers about the potential to wait, so they have the choice to go elsewhere. the meals themselves were mediocre, which was disappointed, as the reviews for eating are really good and we all have left quite little. the chief waiter/manager did his best and apologised many times for the boss/ boss, but clearly he was as frustrated as we were, as he seemed really proud of his work, but could not make it effective as the decisions were made about him. it was a little embarrassing. while waiting reflected in the bill, it did not compensate for what was a special occasion with the host family, but thanks to at least the headkeeper that at least do what he could to fix a bad experience. it is fair to say that we will not go back, there are many other Indian restaurants in ilkley.

I'm sorry, but "Who r u" does not make sense as a restaurant review. Can you please provide a different review for me to rewrite in English?

I arrived late and the staff, despite closing, kindly offered me a takeaway Keema Madras with pilau rice and chapati. The meal was prepared quickly, hot, very tasty, and enjoyable with no negative effects. While there have been some recent disappointing reviews, I can only speak to the excellent service I received.
