Pizza Ranch - Bradford

I am writing about the restaurant's business hours or closures as the official information provided by the business set an expectation of service. Following Tripadvisor guidelines, I checked the Pizza Ranch website and it clearly stated "open now" during the listed opening hours. However, when I arrived, the restaurant was closed. This happened twice, resulting in wasted trips. As a result, I have started going to a different pizza place.

Arrived late, cold and order incomplete missing fries. How disappointing when in the past they’ve always been good. Not again

Having eaten far too many take aways in my time, I have sampled a fair share across Bradford and Keighley. Recently tried these and was astounded by the quality, presentation, portion size and quality of ingredients.

I ordered a Pizza and despite calling twice to find out how long it would take I had to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF! The staff apologised for the delay and sent free garlic bread to apologise but this was the second time it had happened. If they are so busy they cannot deliver the food within a reasonable period of time then they should get more staff. When the pizza arrived the base was under cooked and soggy. I was so hungry I ate the pizza but I could only eat half of it and binned the rest. The garlic bread was actually tastier than the pizza! We shall not be returning customers. Once is forgivable but twice and with such a long delay is bad for business. So they have lost potential long term customers to their competition!

I placed an order for food at 6:10pm, and it didn't arrive until 7:30pm. To make matters worse, the food was delivered cold and was easily the worst I have ever tasted. I had to throw it away. Save your money and dine elsewhere.
